As Global Head, Talent Programs at Standard Chartered Bank, Lara Partridge is responsible for global strategy, governance, and talent management delivery for Enterprise Leadership population, Regional Acceleration Program and Alumni engagement for an internal and external junior talent population.

Lara has also been Global Head, Junior Talent and Senior Manager Leadership Development - Wholesale Banking at Standard Chartered Bank. Earlier, she has also served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in the same bank.

Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, Lara was associated with Allianz Australia Limited as Senior Organizational Capability Business Partner. She has also been the Senior Talent & OD Manager there.

Previously, she was the Senior Relationship Manager at SHL Group, before which, she has also been the Recruitment Consultant FMCG at Michael Page.

She has been a student of The Australian National University.
