Francesca Peters, Chief Talent Officer at Regus Group, was earlier Global HR Director at dunnhumby, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained at market leaders such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Wunderman, Regus and Hilton Hotels.
Francesca Peters joined Y&R and Wunderman EMEA on 1st December 2003.Francesca was formerly Group Human Resources Director of the Regus International Business Centre Group where she was responsible for 3,500 people globally. She spent 7 years at Regus recruiting, training and developing the workforce from a mere 50 people when she joined. She was part of the management board who successfully floated the Company on both the New York and London stock exchange in 2000.
Francesca, 40, was headhunted from Regus after a seven-year career there to join Y&R and Wunderman EMEA.
Francesca's career in HR, began with the recruitment specialist Drake International, where she rose to become European HR Manager, through a five-year period, after operating as a self-employed recruitment consultant.
She then spend 7 years at Hilton Hotels, leaving as European HR Director in 1996 to join Regus.
Her initial role at Regus was as Group HR Manger and two years later she was promoted to the Group HR Director position, with global responsibility for setting the HR strategy and ensuring its implementation through a worldwide HR team.
