Gabrielle Toledano is Visier’s first independent Board member, bringing to Visier a wealth of HR expertise and experience.
Gabrielle Toledano, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities, Electronic Arts, Inc., brings over twentyfive years of HR expertise to Visier. Today, Gabrielle is responsible for EA’s Global Talent function, including talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, learning and development, rewards and recognition, Corporate Social Responsibility, Facilities and Corporate Services. She is well regarded for her ability to work very successfully with executives on business issues, while consistently advocating for talent at all levels of a company. Gabrielle has a well- documented track record for growing HR talent, having hired and developed many who have become some of Silicon Valley’s most respected and influential HR leaders.
Prior to joining EA, Gabrielle served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Siebel Systems. Prior to that, she served seven years with Microsoft, and five years with Oracle Corporation. Her portfolio has included a wide range of HR assignments including international work, most notably in Latin America.
Gabrielle is bilingual and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University, followed by a Rotary Scholarship assignment in Santiago, Chile. Gabrielle served on the Board of Directors of the Society of Human Resources Management and is now on the Board of Directors of Big City Mountaineers.
