Rudy Robles, the VP and Chief Learning Officer at Jack in the Box, was earlier Division Vice President, Internal Brand Communications in the same organization.

Prior to this role, he was the Director, Warehouse Operations, and earlier, the Manager, Training & Development Systems at Jack in the Box Inc.

Before joining Jack in the Box, Rudy was associated with LeadingWay Knowledge Systems as the Operations Manager.

Rudy received his master’s degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University-California State University, and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Stanislaus.
