Aaron Olson is the Chief Talent Officer in Aon since 2012 and is responsible for enterprise talent management, talent development, employee engagement and diversity for Aon's 66,000 colleagues worldwide. Simultaneously, he works as a Lecturer in Northwestern University since 2006. He has worked as Global Head of Talent Development for two years in Aon Hewitt, prior to which, he was the Director, Global Talent Programs with Hewitt Associates.
Olson has been recognized for his achievements and influence inside and outside the workplace. He received the Excellence in Talent Management Award from Brandon Hall in 2012. He holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern University and Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy from North Park University.
