Milano Reyna is the Worldwide Chief Talent Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi, the Chair of the Saatchi & Saatchi’s Talent Board, and a member of the Publicis Groupe Talent Committee. Milano oversees a talent pool of more than 6,500 staff in 70 countries with a Regional Talent Team of 30 members, located throughout the Network.
Milano joined Saatchi & Saatchi in 1995 in Singapore and Hong Kong, focused on building human resource practices including recruitment, employee development, retention, mergers and acquisitions and also developing local leadership boards and teams. Previously he was a Corporate Development Director for a German sales, manufacturing and distribution company in Virginia and consulted privately on organizational development projects. Milano is based in New York.
Milano has degrees in Psychology, German from University of South Alabama; and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of West Florida.
