Janette Shimanski, the Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at 3M Company, was previously the Vice President for Global Talent Solutions at 3M. At 3M, she has also been the Vice President for Global Marketing, as well as for International Marketing & Strategy. Before this, she was the Strategy & Business Development Director, Safety, Security, & Protection at 3M.
Prior to joining 3M, Janette was the Vice President Global Marketing for Diabetes at Medtronic.
