Brent O’Bryan is Vice President, Learning and Development at Allied Universal Security, the industry’s premier provider of highly trained security personnel to many industries including commercial real estate, higher education, healthcare, residential communities, chemical/petrochemical, government, manufacturing and distribution, financial institutions, and shopping centers.

Previously, he was associated with AlliedBarton Security Services as the Director of Human Resources, HR Manager, and Recruiter. He has also worked with LL Staffing Services as the Staffing Supervisor, where he was responsible for partnering with Sales team to successfully fill all orders in a timely manner. Furthermore, he has been a General Manager at New World Coffee for two years.

He holds a Master's of Human Resource Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Psychology from Calvin College.
