John Romero, the Chief Learning Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, joined the organization in 2012 as the Vice President, Global Talent, Learning & Organization Development - Enterprise Services with a proven ability to lead large-scale change, provide high-value client solutions and deliver operational excellence.

Before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, John was the Vice President, Learning & Development - Enterprise Services in HP, prior to which he served as Learning and Leadership Development Executive - Home Loans & Insurance at Bank of America. He has also worked on the same role in Bank of America for Consumer Businesses and Global Technology & Operations.

John started his career with Motorola Solutions, where he served as Manager and Director in various departments.

He is a graduate from Arizona State University.
